** ส่งมอบของขวัญให้เจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาลจัดกิจกรรมต่อ **
(จำนวนเด็กที่เข้าตรวจประมาณ 150 200 คน ต่อวัน)

** ส่งมอบของขวัญให้เจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลจัดกิจกรรมต่อ เนื่องจากทางเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลจะจัดกิจกรรมในวันปีใหม่กับวันเด็กพร้อม กัน **

วันศุกร์ที่ 25 ธันวาคม 2552
เวลา 09.00 12.00 น.
บริเวณ OPD เด็ก ชั้น 1 และ ผู้ป่วยเด็ก ชั้น 5
** มีการจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการ โดย โครงการ รพ.มีสุข **
(จำนวนเด็กที่เข้าตรวจประมาณ 50 100 คน ต่อวัน)
หมายเหตุ : ผู้บริจาคทุกท่าน สามารถส่งมอบของขวัญมาให้ทางโครงการฯได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งทางโครงการฯจะมีการจัดกิจกรรมพิเศษๆ สำหรับผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลตลอดทั้งปี เช่น กิจกรรมวันเด็ก กิจกรรมวันแม่ กิจกรรมวันพ่อ กิจกรรมวันลอยกระทง กิจกรรมวันสงกรานต์ และกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับเกมส์ต่างๆ เป็นต้น |

ยุ้ยนะค่ะ และต้องทำอย่างไร เอากี่กล่องส่องที่ไหนหรือไปรับที่ไหนได้บ้างใน กทม. พอดีมีพี่อยู่หน้ารามคำแหงนะค่ะ และเด็กๆเค้าต้องการอะไรกัน พักนี้ไม่ได้รับข่าวเลยเกียวกับกิจกรรมนะค่ะ ยังไม่ได้ลงไปสมัครเพื่อนพึงพายามยากเลย ตอนนี้ยุ้ยไปเรียนนิติศาสตรอยู่หนักมาก แต่ไม่ลีมที่จะให้ความร่วมมือ คุณนิกบอกมาได้ถ้าช่วยได้ยินดีค่ะ |

รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมค่ะ
- ทางโครงการฯจะรวบรวมของขวัญทุกชิ้นมาไว้ในส่วนกลางก่อน คือ ที่มูลนิธิกระจกเงา เพื่อทำการคัดแยกประเภทของขวัญ และจัดแบ่งของขวัญออกเป็น 4 โรงพยาบาลนะคะ จากนั้นทางโครงการฯก็จะนำไปมอบให้กับเด็กป่วยทั้ง 4 โรงพยาบาลตามตารางที่แจ้งไว้ ซึ่งถ้าท่านใดสนใจไปร่วมกิจกรรมด้วย สามารถประสานมาทางนิคได้เลยค่ะ (รบกวนโทรฯแจ้งล่วงหน้า 1 วัน)
- สำหรับของขวัญที่จะบริจาคมา ถ้าเป็นไปได้อยากให้เป็นของใหม่ก็จะดีไม่น้อย แต่ถ้าบางท่านมีของส่วนตัวที่อยู่ในสภาพดีก็สามารถบริจาคมาได้เช่นกันค่ะ เพราะนอกจากการส่งความสุขด้วยของขวัญแล้ว เราก็จะมีการเล่นเกมส์กับเด็กป่วยในบางโรงพยาบาลด้วยเช่นกัน และของบางส่วนก็จะนำไปใช้ต่อในกิจกรรมวันเด็ก หรือวันพิเศษอื่นๆอีกใน 4 โรงพยาบาลนี้เลยค่ะ
- ในส่วนการห่อของขวัญ ถ้าทางผู้บริจาคสะดวกห่อของขวัญก็ได้เช่นกันค่ะ แต่รบกวนระบุของข้างในว่าเป็นอะไร สำหรับเด็กหญิง/ชาย เหมาะสำหรับช่วงอายุเท่าไหร่ด้วยค่ะ หรือถ้าทางผู้บริจาคไม่สะดวกห่อของขวัญด้วยตัวเอง ก็สามารถส่งมาได้เลยค่ะ เพราะทางโครงการก็จะมาทำการแยกประเภทของขวัญและห่อของขวัญทุกชิ้นอยู่แล้วคะ
- ในกิจกรรมระดมของขวัญวันปีใหม่นี้ สามารถบริจาคได้ทั้ง 2 ช่องทางค่ะคือ จะเป็นของขวัญ หรือ เป็นเงิน ก็ได้ค่ะ ถ้าบริจาคเป็นเงินทางโครงการฯก็จะนำเงินตรงนี้ไปซื้อของขวัญที่ขาด หรือสบทบในการทำกิจกรรมของโครงการฯต่อไปค่ะ
** ผู้บริจาคสามารถจัดส่งของขวัญมาได้ทั้งทางไปรษณีย์ หรือ จะมาด้วยตัวเองก็ได้เช่นกันค่ะ ตามที่อยู่และแผนที่ที่แนบมา วันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ (รบกวนโทรฯแจ้งล่วงหน้า 1 วัน) |
